Initial Setup

This section allows you to configure various parts of the system.

How to access system setup:

  • From the top menu, hover over your profile picture which is located on the right side of the menu
  • Click on "Setup" from the drop down menu

The "Setup" page contains 5 tabs:

  • Company Details:
    • Setup your company details and upload your company logo
  • Sales Milestones:
    • Setup your "Sales Milestones"
  • Preferences:
    • Setup various default settings which will be automatically selected when creating records, such as customers, invoices, sales opportunities and form entries. This will save you time and prevent repetitive steps.
    • Setup your "Duplicate Detection Rules". Here you can decide what makes a specific customer record unique. For instance, you might want to prevent the system from adding multiple customers who share the same email address, or you might want the unique customer identifier to be a combination of fields. The default setting is a combination of "First Name", "Last Name" and "E-Mail Address".
  • Custom Fields:
    • Setup your own custom fields to store information you wish to hold about your contacts. You can choose from freetext, date, colours, dropdown options and more.
  • Integrations:
    • Setup API keys for third party integrations such as "MailChimp"
